Dr. Lina Sonne
Dr. Lina Sonne leads the work at Inblick. She is a trained Innovation Economist and comes with over 15 years of experience in inclusive innovation, inclusive markets, impact and early stage investment, social entrepreneurship and inclusive technology adoption in emerging markets.
Previously, she was Head of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Okapi where she built a research and consulting portfolio on social innovation and entrepreneurship; Co-Lead, Research, at Intellecap; Assistant Professor at Azim Premji University, and Analyst at NESTA.
She regularly sits on incubation and business plan competition panels; mentors social sector organisations and startups; and guides students.
She holds a PhD in Economics of Innovation from UNU-MERIT and Maastricht University; an MSc in Business Economics from City, University of London; and a PG Diploma in Modern & Contemporary Indian Art History from the Bhau Daji Lad Museum. She has been living and working in India since 2011.
