Our Work

Research: we work with academia, think-tanks and research institutes to conceptualise and undertake short and long-term studies on policy and practice, to expand current know-how, offer thought leadership and build evidence for policy-making and implementation at the local, state and national levels.

Advise: we work with impact organisations to map the existing landscape in a sector or issue area, undertake baseline studies, and build strategies and implementation plans for programmes, projects and initiatives.

Assess: we review and evaluate impact and performance of programmes, policies and initiatives for foundations, government and CSR initiatives.

Engage: we convene, co-curate and moderate talks, workshops and gatherings with diverse stakeholders to exchange information, share knowledge and galvanise ideas into action.

Educate: We build capacity, through workshops, seminars and class-room based courses.

Our work is based on rigorous research methods including structured and semi-structured interviews, focus groups, surveys, design thinking, and ecosystem mapping. We’re skilled at rapidly delving into a subject matter to undertake systematic reviews of existing data, evidence and literature, and construct or adapt theoretical frameworks and typologies, ensuring our research is theoretically sound.
